Savasana Pose
To do the savasana pose or the final relaxation pose of a yoga workout, lie on your back, on the floor. You can raise your arms up over your head as if to stretch your shoulders. Point your toes to the ceiling in order to relax your feet. You will feel the stretch in your back and your belly as you breathe deeply. Hold the stretch for as long as you need to in order to fully relax.

Head to Knee Pose
Try this seated pose to help stretch your hamstrings. Begin by sitting on the floor with your legs together and straight out in front of you. Make sure that you keep your abs tight and your back straight. Point your toes to the ceiling. Bend your right leg, keeping it parallel to the ground. Place the bottom of your right foot just above your knee on your left leg. Bend at the waist, stretch your arms forward and reach toward your left foot. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and then switch to perform the pose on the opposite side.
