The Elbow-Out Rotator Stretch
The elbow-out rotator stretch can help to stretch out any stressed out muscles in your arms do to sports such as tennis. Begin by standing straight. Make sure that your abs are tight and that your feet are positioned so that they are a few inches apart from each other. Bend your right arm at the elbow to make a right angle and place your forearm behind your back. Take your left hand and pull gently on the back of your right elbow. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds and rest. Repeat on the opposite arm.
