Are You Skipping Breakfast?
Everyone knows that you cannot miss the most important meal of the day. So are we almost always skipping breakfast? Your schedule is so busy or maybe you overslept but missing the very first meal of the day could set you up to fail on your diet, your workout and at the workplace. It may cause you to overeat at lunchtime or even at dinner. Your quality of work may be sluggish not to mention your willingness to get on the treadmill in the evening. So in the morning, when you’re in a rush, grab a meal bar and a banana instead of skipping breakfast.
