Yoga: Sit-Up
This is an energizing pose that stretches the backs of the legs and spine as well as tones the abs. To begin, lie on your back on the floor. Flex your feet back, keep your legs straight and strong and bring your arms above your head. Inhale the breath and on the exhale sit up reaching for the ceiling and bend over reaching for the toes.
