The Bent-Leg Hip Extension
Here’s a bent-leg hip extension done on a foam roller. Begin the exercise by lying down on your belly on the floor with the roller placed under your hips. Make sure that your abs are clenched and that your glutes are tight throughout the exercise. Rest your toes on the ground and cross your arms on the floor in front of you. Place your chin or the side of your face on your arms. Now bend your knees to make right angles with both legs. Lift your knees off the ground until they are about one foot from the ground.
