Workout When You’re Low on Cash
If you’re low on cash you can still workout. No gym membership or money for weights? No problem. Without any equipment at all, you can still get a full body workout including cardio. You can utilize traditional exercises such as push ups and sit ups, tricep dips, lunges and squats. Do about 5 minutes of jogging in place between each set of strength training exercises and do 3 sets of 12 repetitions for each exercise.
A Nice Substitute
In place of your regular cardiovascular workout on the treadmill or elliptical machine try a sport or activity that you love instead. Some sports that could give you the benefits of cardio include soccer, track, football and swimming, just to name a few. Activities such as dancing of all types, bike rides or evening walks would also boost your cardio without giving you the chance to notice you are actually burning a significant amount of calories.
