Barbell Pullovers

To help build the muscles in your chest, use the barbell pullover exercise. Start by lying on the bench while it is in the flattened position. Place a standard barbell without any added weight on the ground at the head of the bench. Reach for the barbell and pull it straight up over your head. Now lower it behind you again and then back to the floor. Repeat the movement for 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
