V-Sit Alternating Double Clean, On a Bosu Ball
The kettle bell double clean builds full body strength. Try this alternative. Start out by holding a kettle bell in each hand. Squeeze your abs as you sit down on a bosu ball. Keep your legs straight and make sure that they are placed in the shape of a V. Your abs, glutes and thighs should be clenched as you lift the weight in your right hand up until your wrist meets your shoulder. Lower the weight to your side and then bend to lower the weight to the floor. Now repeat the same motion on your left side. Repeat this pattern for 2 sets of 12 repetitions to start.
