V-Sit Alternating Double Clean, On a Balance Ball
This exercise helps to strengthen your entire body. Start out by holding a kettle bell in each hand. Keep your abs tight as you sit down on a balance ball. Your legs should be straight and placed in the shape of a V. Make sure that your abs, glutes and thighs are clenched as you lift the weight in your right hand up so that your wrist meets your shoulder. Lower the weight to your side and then bend to lower the weight to the floor. Now repeat the same motion on your left side. Repeat this pattern for 2 sets of 12 repetitions to start.
